Idella Jean LaSerre Idella Jean (Holsclaw) LaSerre died on Monday, June 21, 2010 at the age of 52. Born in Burns, OR, the daughter of Ella (Marlin) and the late Francis Holsclaw, Idella was raised in Nampa, ID and attended Nampa High School, graduating in 1976. She has been a Falls Township resident since 1980. Idella was an active member of Morrisville United Methodist Church, where she played and taught handbells. Loving mother of Annette J. LaSerre of Pittsburgh, sister of Sharon Dringle of Meridian, ID, Susan Hall of McCammon, ID, Selena Wallace and Peggy Brown of Nampa, ID, Ida Dorais of Yakima, WA and Eddie Holsclaw of Winnemucca, NV. Idella will also be missed by many nieces and nephews and Jim LaSerre of Lancaster, PA. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 9 until 11 AM at the Morrisville United Methodist Church where her memorial service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will be private. The family has requested memorial contributions in her name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
