Born and raised in the Kensington section of Philadelphia, Mrs. Kelly moved to Levittown in 1970. For many years she was employed with Amtrak as a Reservation Agent in Fort Washington location.
She enjoyed trips to the casinos and going to yard sales. Most important to her always was the love for her family, especially her grandchildren.
Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Graf and David Kelly, Mrs. Kelly is the loving mother of Karen Ritterson (Mark Kearns); the devoted grandmother of Erica and Justin Ritterson and Dylan Murphy; and the proud great grandmother of Chassity, Dillon, Joseph Jr. and Jaxon Graber and Bryson Ritterson.
Services and interment will be held privately.
