Joseph R. Harper

Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, son of the late Mary (Flanagan) and Joseph Harper, Joe was a 1969 graduate of George Washington High School. For the past 31 years, he has resided in Falls Township and was a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, Fairless Hills.

For 45 years he had been employed in the graphic arts industry, most recently with Schawk Inc., until his retirement in 2016.

Joe enjoyed his retirement and spending time with his family. He was an avid reader.

Beloved husband of 31 years to Lynn (Gursky), Joe is the loving father of Mary Fisher (Lou), Elizabeth Weldon, Joshua and Katelyn Harper; devoted grandfather of Erin, Meghan, Faith and Molly; great grandfather of Zara.

He is the brother of Beth Quintieri (Tom).

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 21, 2021, from 8:30 until 9:30 am at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, where his funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. The Rite of Committal will be held privately.
