Joyce was a retired, long time transportation dispatcher for Pennsbury School District. She was loved by everyone who met her. Joyce enjoyed crafting and making personal greeting cards for her family and friends. She lived for her family and there was nothing she loved more.
She was preceded her in death by her mother Elsie Harmon and is survived by her step father Jarvis Harmon. She was the loving mother of three children who all preceded her in death - Lisa Clark, Billy Godown and Dawn Frye. She is survived by her three grandchildren Amy Clark (Bruce), Lindsay Lambeck (Jason) and Timmy Clark, her great granddog Hannah, three great grandchildren Dylan, Logan and Lyla, as well as her favorite sister Beverly Widing and her nieces and nephew.
A viewing will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 10 am until 12 pm Words of Remembrance at 12pm, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA. A private burial will follow.
