Born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Dorothy and George Ault, Sr., Judy was a longtime resident of Lower Bucks County and graduated from Pennsbury High School.
Judy spent 35 years working at Pennsbury High School as a secretary and Management Assistant. After retirement, Judy took on her most rewarding job as “Mom Mom.” Driven by a deep devotion to her family, she taught her daughters and six grandchildren the true meaning of love, dedication and hard work. She also worked part-time at Chandler Hall for 20 years.
Judy found her greatest joy when spending time and making memories with her family. She lived by a simple, unwavering belief that she passed down to her children: family always comes first. Her devotion to those she loved knew no bounds, and her grandchildren were truly the light of her life.
Some of our family's fondest memories include: Sunday night dinners, trips to Ocean City, Long Beach Island, Outer Banks, Disney, and the Poconos, family fantasy football, and watching her grandchildren play sports and perform. Every single day, she made a point to check in on her daughters and grandchildren, never missing an opportunity to send along thoughtful treats to let them know she was thinking of them.
With her boundless love, endless patience, and selfless heart, she truly lived as close to a saint as a person can get. The holidays were Judy’s absolute favorite time of year. Nothing brought her more happiness than transforming her home with festive decorations and showering her loved ones with many thoughtful gifts. A remarkably handy and creative woman, she had a green thumb that could make anything grow, and there was nothing broken that she couldn't sew, fix, or mend.
Judy’s greatest legacy is the love she instilled in her three daughters: Michelle Meehan (Paul), Kristin Miller (Scott), and Megan McCormick-Mann (Gerard), whom she shared with her late former husband, Donald McCormick, Jr. Judy was the proud and cherished grandmother of her six grandchildren: Kieran, Ryan, and Gavin Meehan; Ellie and Abbey Miller; and Emma Breault.
Judy is also survived by her siblings: Dotty Rader (Bob), Joan Perekupka (Walt), Bill Ault (Beth), and Sharon Karmazin; as well as her sisters-in-law, Donna McCormick-Miller (Jim) and Sue McCormick. She will be greatly missed by her extended family and friends.
Judy was preceded in death by her brother, George Ault, Jr.; her in-laws, Marie and Donald McCormick, Sr.; and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth McCormick, Kevin McCormick, Sr., Dennis McCormick, and Charles Karmazin.
