Julie Ann Mascia-Capriotti

May 11, 1983 – August 31, 2025
Obituary of Julie Ann Mascia-Capriotti
IN THE CARE OF

James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc.

Julie Ann Mascia (née Zoretski), also known as Julie Capriotti, passed away peacefully, at home surrounded by family and friends, on Sunday, August 31, 2025. She was a vibrant soul who embraced adventure and cherished traveling with her loved ones. Julie had a passion for cooking, often filling her home with delicious meals and laughter shared among friends and family.

Julie is survived by her husband, Christopher Mascia, and her loving parents, Edward and Robin Zoretski and her mother-in-law Georgette Mascia. She took great pride in her blended family, often telling anyone who asked that she was blessed with seven wonderful children: Kaylie Capriotti (23), Alison Capriotti (18), Lauren Capriotti (16), Michael Capriotti (13), Rylee Mascia (17), Brayden Mascia (14), and Greyson Mascia (3).

In addition to her immediate family, Julie leaves behind her sisters Lori Lancsek and Michelle McQuaid (Frank), along with her cherished nieces and nephews—Jada Lancsek, Jason Lancsek, and Charli McQuaid. She found joy in shopping trips with her mother and delightful moments filled with laughter alongside her children. Julie was a passionate supporter of the Philadelphia Phillies and loved going to games. Attending her children’s various sporting events, including softball, baseball, and lacrosse, lit up her life as she cheered proudly from the sidelines.

An active member of her community, Julie was proud to be a part of Thornridge Community Church as a faithful Christian. Her warm spirit and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Friends and Family are invited to Julie’s Celebration of Life that will take place at Thornridge Community Church on Saturday, September 6th, at 10 AM. We welcome those attending to wear purple attire to help honor Julie. The church is located at 8 Thornridge Pl, Levittown, PA 19054.
