June Paige Berotti; born June Paige Guy died in Morrisville, PA on December 15, 2023, after a short time in the hospital. She leaves behind two brothers, George and Lawton, a nephew, 5 nieces and close friends.
June was born to Robert Nelson Guy, Jr and Dorothy Mae Guy on June 7, 1941. Robert died 6 months after June was born.
Our mother lost her job and our home when the phone company did away with plug-in phone connections. The children went to live with their mother’s uncle-Bernard Elder while Dorothy got a job as a phone operator at Camp Stewart. There she met and married Joseph Berotti-a soldier-who adopted the three children.
The family moved to accommodate Joe’s military service; settling in New Hope, PA when he retired. After George and Lawton finished school, married, and moved out, June and our parents moved to Morrisville, PA.
June enjoyed several hobbies: gardening, cross stitch, weaving and photography. Most of all, she enjoyed her cats.
Per her wishes, there will be no funeral service. Soon the family will gather to celebrate her life.
