June H. Brooks

Born and raised in the Kensington section of Philadelphia, and formerly of Lansdale she was a longtime resident of Horsham.

For over 50 years, June was employed with Philco-Ford in Philadelphia and Lansdale until her retirement in 2005.

She enjoyed the theater, movies, crafting and going to Flea Markets.

June would always enjoy her summer vacations in Beach Heaven, NJ.

She will be remembered as a loving, caring, sociable woman who always kept busy!

Devoted and loving aunt to numerous nieces and nephews who affectionately knew her as "Junie", "Aunt June" and "AJ".

She will also be sadly missed by many close friends.

June was predeceased by her siblings, Julia Fischer and Earl M. Hopkins Jr.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.
