McIntyre, aged 63, passed away surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, August 31, 2018, at Chandler Hall in Newtown, after a courageous battle with cancer.Born in Bristol, son of the late Phyllis (Houston) and Francis McIntyre, Kevin has been a life long resident of Levittown and was a 1973 graduate of Neshaminy High School.He graduated Cum Laude from Pierce College with an Associates degree in Business Administration.Until his retirement in 2012, Kevin was a Construction Manager with Comcast for nearly 35 years.He was an avid Eagles fan and model train enthusiast. In his younger years, Kevin was a former Captain with the Edgley Fire Company.Beloved husband of 34 years to Susan (Miller), Kevin is the loving father of Daniel K. (Sabrina) and the devoted grandfather of Liam and Tabitha.He is the dear brother of Maureen Clemens, Brian (Kate), Dean and Terry (Meg) McIntyre.Kevin will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, September 7, 2018, from 12:30 until 1:30 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., where his funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm.Interment will be held privately.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kevin's name may be made to Chandler Hall Health Services, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
