

She was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 5, 1934, to the late William Kaufman and Helen (Chrzanowski) Kaufman. Lorraine lived her adult life in Levittown, PA with her late husband, Norman Ralph Vetter. Following Norman Vetter’s death, she remarried the late William Dunn.
Lorraine is survived by a sister, Arlene Adams (husband, Donald), her sons; William Wayne Vetter (wife, Danita), David Ralph Vetter (wife, Shari), and her daughter Audrey Maxon (husband, Robert), as well as six grandchildren; Joshua, Chad, Jesse, Sarah, Susannah and Gabrielle; two step grandchildren; Jeremy and Joshua and thirteen great grandchildren. Lorraine was also the grandmother of the late Caroline Vetter.
Lorraine enjoyed music, theatre, Mah Jongg, auctions, yard sales and flea markets. She was an active member of the Northminster Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir. She also participated in the Neshaminy Valley Music Theater. Lorraine worked for the Pennsbury School district for decades, working her way up to become manager of several school cafeterias.
A memorial service for Lorraine Vetter will be on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 10:00am at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 140 Trenton Road, Fairless Hills, PA, 19030.
