Louis A. D'Orazio, Sr.Louis A. D'Orazio, Sr. died on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Statesman Nursing Home in Levittown. He was 88.Born in Philadelphia, Mr. D'Orazio has been a longtime resident of Lower Bucks County and an original Levittown homeowner since 1957.Mr. D'Orazio was self-employed in the Recycling business and served proudly in the US Navy.He loved taking pictures. Mr. D'Orazio will be remembered as a dedicated husband, hard worker and a wonderful family man.Beloved husband of the late Mary (Tiziano), Mr. D'Orazio is the loving father of Lucreatia Teves, Louis, Jr. (Nancy), Mary Lou Drum (Joseph), Donna Simmers (James A. Sr.), Judy D'Orazio and the late Dominick, Sr. (Maryanne).He is the grandfather of 16, great grandfather of 13 and brother of Catherine "Kitty" Yanette and Mary Gasporotti.Mr. D'Orazio will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 9:30 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 11:00 am.
