Margaret B. Hetzel Margaret B. Hetzel died, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at her home in Langhorne, She was 86. Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Hetzel was a resident of Langhorne since 1950. She loved gardening,yard sales and shopping and found ceramics a great hobby for herself. Mrs. Hetzel was a great cook, however, she will be most remembered as a wonderful wife, great mother and grandmother. She was also a foster mother to numerous children. Loving mother of the late George Hetzel and sister of the late Emma Harvey and Gerrie Ulrick, Mrs. Hetzel is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Robert M.; her children; Marge Hiteshew, Robert "Butch" M. Hetzel, Jr. (Michelle), Carolann Jacoby (Bill), Greg George (Tammie), Jim Hetzel (Terry) and Jon Hetzel (Jacqueline); her 24 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and her brother, George "Sonny" Harvey. She will also be sadly missed by her babies, her dogs, Kissie, Molly and Lassie. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at the James J. Doughtery Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. The Hetzel family wishes to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to Holy Redeemer Hospice for the care given to Mrs. Hetzel. The compassion shown to her was exceptional.
