Margo P. Litton

"I love my family." Margo passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 61 years of age after a courageous 4 year battle with cancer. She was born on January 25, 1951 in Des Moines, Iowa along with two wonderful sisters, Carlita and Laurita, to Marvin and Mariana. She was a devoted wife of 42 years. Margo met her charismatic husband Bob in San Diego, California where he was stationed in the Navy. They were married on November 22, 1969 and raised their family in Levittown, Pennsylvania. Margo was a loving mother to son Bobby, daughter Jennifer and son-in-law Tony. One of Margo's greatest pleasures was playing with her cherished 3 year old grandson Luke. Margo was known to be easy going, warm-hearted and had an adventurous spirit. She was a good friend who was always there to listen and had a gift to make people smile. Working as a nurse for over 15 years, Margo was well recognized as going above and beyond. Holding hands and spending extra time with each patient and their families were some of the ways Margo showed her caring nature. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched. At Margo's request, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. To honor Margo, a Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in Levittown on Monday at 11:00am followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery. Family and friends are invited for a luncheon at Gabrielle's Restaurant.
