Marie E. Rouse of Levittown died on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Aria Hospital Bucks County. She was 89. Born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, Marie moved to Trenton as a teenager and then moved to Levittown where she was an original homeowner for 60 years. She was a woman of faith who would attend church services regularly until her health would no longer allow it, but most important to her was the love of her family. Mrs. Rouse was the wife of the late Louis R. Rouse Sr. She was the loving mother of Barbara A. Hughes (the late Edward) of Harvey's Lake, PA, Louis R. Rouse Jr. (Patsy) of Levittown, John D. Rouse of Bristol and Larry C. Rouse of Levittown. She was the devoted grandmother of David, Jason, Robyn, Elizabeth, Rebecca and Sara and the great grandmother of Keith, Summer, Derek, Payton, Connor, Madison, Mallory and Mason. She will also be missed by her brother Herman Frantz Jr of Pennsylvania and Ruth Young (Bruce) of Lady Lakes, FL. Services and interment are private.
