Marilyn E. Kendrick

Born in Scranton, PA, she was raised in New Jersey before settling in Lower Bucks.

After graduating from Hamilton High School-West, she met her future husband, John, who was working part-time for her father’s Chicken Delight as a delivery man while home on leave from the US Army. Marilyn and John were married upon his return from Vietnam and spent 55 years together.

Marilyn spent 40 years faithfully working for Dr. Barry Snyder as a medical transcriptionist, a job she enjoyed immensely.

In her free time, Marilyn loved cooking, crafts, and gardening. She had a passion for flower arrangements.

Above anything else, she loved spending time with her beloved husband, sons, grandchildren, brother, sister-in-law, and family.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, John; her sons, John (Megan Clarke) and Bryan (Colleen); her grandchildren, Cara and Ryan; her brother Stephen Rebar (Rosemarie); her niece, Lauren Cunningham (Kevin); her nephew Joseph Rebar (Simone); her great niece Riley Cunningham; and her great nephew Cavan Cunningham.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, located at 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania, 19056

All other services for Marilyn will be private.
