

Mary F. Crowley Mary F. Crowley of Levittown, died on Friday, February 14, 2014. She was 82. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mary has been an original homeowner in the Crabtree section of Levittown since 1954. She was employed as a packer for the Nabisco Baking Company for over 30 years, Mary enjoyed cooking and the casinos. She loved spending her Friday nights with her grandchildren and traveling with her sister and aunt on cruises. Mary is the beloved wife of 51 years to the late Bernard J. Crowley and the mother of the late Bernard J. Crowley, Jr. She is the loving mother of Mary "Cookie" Levitt (Jan) of Philadelphia, Bill Crowley (Karen) of Levittown, and Sherry Lynn Runkle (Sam) of Maryland. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren: Bill Crowley (Kathy), Kelly Hunger (Greg), Sammy Runkle, Roy Runkle (Jeannie), Herb Runkle (Lena), Jacob Levitt and Harrison Levitt; her great grandchildren, Adrianna, Antonio, Parker, Gwendolyn Alaina and Ella; her sister, Laura Nylec of Williamstown, NJ, brothers, Howard Sherry of New Jersey and Walter Sherry of Fairless Hills; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Thursday from 9:30 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. 2200 Trenton Rd. Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park.
