

Mary L. Elrath Mary L. (Lucas) Elrath died surrounded by her loving family at her home on Monday, September 20, 2010. She was 86. Mary was born and raised in Trenton, NJ. She moved to Levittown in 1952 where she was an original homeowner residing there for fifty-five years. For over three years she resided in Wrightstown with her daughter. Mary had been an active member with Saint Paul Episcopal Church where served with the Altar Guild, Women of Saint Paul's and as a Sunday School teacher. She was employed with Bell Telephone Company in Levittown and Center City for twenty years, retiring in 1988. Mary was a US Navy World War II veteran. Her greatest enjoyment was that of family and friends. Beloved wife of the late Clifford, Mrs. Elrath is the loving mother of Richard L. (Susan) of Chalfont, Steven M. (Judy) of Yardley, Drew (Diane) of Levittown and Diane E. Simcox (Daniel) of Wrightstown; the devoted grandmother of Rich, Luke, Kevin, Matt, Jaime, Paul, Julia, Andrew, Kyle, Ian, Emilie, Dan and Nora; and the sister of Bill Lucas (Dee) of Levittown, Henry Lucas of Robbinsville, NJ and Nora Fasoli (Deno) formerly of Trenton, now of Charleston, SC. She will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown and on Thursday, 9:00 until 10:00 am at Saint Paul Episcopal Church, 89 Pinewood Drive, Levittown, where her Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Colonial Memorial Park, Trenton.
