Mary L. Jackson

On August 17, 2022, Mary L. (Martin) Jackson, passed away at age eighty-four. Born to John Martin and Helen Peranteau, Mary went on to be a devoted wife, mother, and well-respected professional. She will be greatly missed by sons Bert, Mark (and Susan) Jackson, Michael Jackson and grandchildren Alexis, Brian Jr., Brie, Michael Jr., and Nicholas.

Mary met her husband of sixty years, Howard Clark Jackson, on a double date with her sister. They went on to rebuild their colonial home on Main Street in Hulmeville, PA and serve as leaders in their church. She loved to walk and shared that love with many friends and family. She was very proud of her Irish heritage and traveled to visit the Martin homeland in 2016.

A resident of Hulmeville and Langhorne, she was the Co-Founder and Director of the Trevose Behavior Modification Program, one of the most successful weight loss programs in the country, and helped to change thousands of people's lives over the course of her forty-six year career.

Her memorial mass will be held on Saturday, August 27 at 9:30 am at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, with a calling period beginning at 8:30 am. Interment will be held privately.
