Mary Jane Herrick

Mary Jane was born on December 20, 1956 to Jack and Viola McDowell of Levittown who preceded her in death.

Mary Jane is survived by her 5 loving children; Brian Herrick, John Herrick, Matthew Herrick, Jacquelyn Arenas (née Herrick) and Michael Herrick; her 3 adoring grandchildren Sofia, Austen and Dylan Arenas; 5 McDowell brothers, Fr. Jack OFM, Paul, Ed, Dn. Dave and Joe; and countless cousins. She is preceded in death by her brother, Larry.

Mary Jane had a unique zest for life, finding the positivity in all that surrounded her. She was the greatest friend to those who knew her, filling all of our lives with love and laughter. She was extraordinary and will be deeply missed.

Her viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 4th from 6 until 8 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 5th at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway,Levittown followed by Rite of Committal at Resurrection Cemetery. There are no calling hours on Thursday prior to the Mass.
