Mary T. Rosetty Mary T. (Conti) Rosetty went home to God on Friday, morning September 21, 2012. She had recently celebrated her 102nd birthday. A long time resident of Bristol Boro, Mary had been an original resident at the Macintosh Regency and a long time member of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish. A woman ahead of her time, Mary had already started her second business before the "feminist movement" began. She traveled to Philadelphia for years to attain her beautician's and owner's license. Mary started and successfully maintained Rosetty's Beauty Salon for fifteen years in Bristol. She was a kind and gentle woman and an excellent cook and baker who passed many old family recipes and traditions onto her children and grandchildren. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Peter "Perry" Rosetty and later in life, Charles Schlosser. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Saverio and Rachele (Milano) Conti and her brothers, Frank, Anthony, Joseph, Louis and her sisters Anna DeVita and Sarah Valenti and her daughter-in-law, Marie Rosetty. She will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Grace Koziol (Frank) and sons, James (Maureen), Richard (Judith) and Robert (Diane Farago). Known as Nanny to her grandchildren, she is remembered by Susan, Barbara, Eileen, Frank III, Terri, Lisa, Lori, Debi, Michelle and Kimberly and their spouses. She was also very proud of her 16 great grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Rose Passaretti and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, from 9:00 until 10:00 am at Saint Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway, Levittown, where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Mass cards or Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Saint Michael the Archangel Church at the above address.
