Matt was born in Philadelphia, PA, to parents, Walter and Domenica Quinn. He graduated from Neshaminy Langhorne High School in 1975. He was a dedicated and hardworking man who, despite his health challenges, always strove to improve and push forward.
Matt had a deep love for sports—he enjoyed watching games and discussing them passionately. He also cherished his walks with his beloved dog, Buster. After a lifetime of working he retired in December 2024 from McCaffrey's. He was looking forward to his retirement days.
Matt is survived by his siblings; Walter Quinn (Patricia), Mary Czerniak (Steve), Eileen German (Steve), Elizabeth Quinn, Robert Quinn (Lisa), Joe Quinn, and Regina Lewis (Mike), several nieces and nephews, and his rescue dog Buster.
A private memorial mass for Matt took place at Saint Frances Cabrini, 325 S Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. He is laid to rest alongside his parents at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
Memorial Contributions in Matt’s name may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Matt will be deeply missed by his siblings and all who knew him.
