Michael A. Gallelli, Sr.Michael A. Gallelli, Sr. died at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, June 5, 2016. He was 76.Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Josephine (Panichelli) and James Gallelli, and a longtime resident of the city, he had resided in Levittown since 1990. Mr. Gallelli was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish.He was a member of the International Operating Engineers Local #542.Beloved husband of 50 years to Catherine (McMahon), Mr. Gallelli is the loving father of Michael A. Jr. (Maryanne), Anthony (Jennifer), Frederick Licsauer (Susan), Donna Licsauer (Paul Adams), Micheale Rector (Charles) and Siobhan Gallelli (William Biddle).He was the grandfather and great grandfather to many and the brother of Mary Chase and Catherine DeMott. Mr. Gallelli will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.He was predeceased by his brothers, James and Vincent Gallelli.Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., where his funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm.
