

Milton Stanton Walton, Jr. Milton S. Walton, Jr. died on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Parkhouse Providence Point in Royersford. He was 83. Mr. Walton was a former resident of Levittown and Fairless Hills prior to moving to Royersford. He and his late wife, Dolores, were members of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, where they renewed their wedding vows in 1998 after 50 years of marriage. He was employed in the printing business for over 45 years. Mr. Walton proudly served as a paratrooper in the US Army from 1951 until 1953 during the Koren War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 834 of Fallsington and the VFW John Billington Post 6495 of Levittown. He loved fishing, golfing, gardening and spending quality time with his family. Mr. Walton is the beloved husband of the late Dolores (Whitefield) and the loving father of Milton S. III "Bud" (Cindy), James J. (Kim), Charles D., Grace A. Makoid (Alex), John F., Stephen B. (Carrie) and the late Rose. He was the devoted grandfather of Kimberly, Candice, Charles, Christina, Zachary, Alex, John, Amy, Jillian and the late Jessica; proud great grandfather of 3; and the brother of William Walton, Myrtle Parker and Shirley Appledorn. He was predeceased by a brother Norman Walton. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, from 6:00 until 7:30 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown where his memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm. Interment will be held privately in Resurrection Cemetery.
