

Nancy M. Haughney Nancy M. Haughney of Holland, PA, died on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at St. Mary Medical Center. She was 74. Daughter of Alexander and Emma (Stuckwish) Czarnecki, Nancy was born in Cliff Mine, PA and raised in Avella, PA where she graduated from Avella High School in 1958. Nancy moved to Levittown in 1966 settling in Bristol Township where she was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish. She graduated from the Licensed Practical Nursing program at the Bucks County Technical School in 1977 and went on to work at Lower Bucks Hospital for 14 years until retiring in 1990. Upon retiring, Nancy moved to Canal Fulton, Ohio where she worked at Chapel Hill Retirement Community until 1998. Nancy was the beloved wife of the late John P. Haughney. She was the loving mother of Nannette Haughney and Leann Haughney-Kappler (Patrick). She was the devoted grandmother of Alyssa Tobey (Zachary), Kenneth Ibbetson (Erin) and Adrianna Kappler. She was the sister of John P. Czarnecki (Donna) of Uniontown, OH, Ronald Czarnecki of Akron, OH, David Czarnecki of Canal Fulton, OH and the late Alexander "Bud" Czarnecki. Family and friends are invited to call Monday from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 5201 Bristol Emilie Rd., Levittown where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be held in Canton, Ohio at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
