Nancy E. Schival

Nancy was born and raised in the Fishtown area of Philadelphia. She then spent the rest of her life in the Levittown/Fairless Hills area, where she worked at Pathmark for 40 years in the bakery department.

Nancy’s happiness was being a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and a Great Grandmother. Her pets were also the love of her life as well as all of God’s “critters”, which also gave her joy to feed, seed and water.

Nancy was long-time Ladies Auxiliary member of the American Legion Post #834, to which she donated food or desserts for events and brought her grandchildren to every event possible.

Nancy is survived by her husband Nicholas Striluk; her daughter, Melissa Mehlberger; her son Bertil Nelson; as well as her Step-son, Michael Striluk (Lanie); her Grandchildren,Thomas Farley (Yenia), Mya Farley, Haley Raborn, Brielle Hilser, Breannin and Zachary Striluk. Nancy is also survived by her Great-granddaughters, Niomi & Amara; her sister, Donna Dowd; and many nieces and nephews in Washington State.

Nicholas, Melissa & Bertil would like to invite our mother’s friends and family to her burial on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pennsylvania 18940.
