Nina was born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late James and Katherine Dockery. After completing high school, she went on to build a career as a manager in the private aircraft customization industry, where she was known for her dedication and professionalism.
Nina is now reunited with her husband of 37 years of marriage, John Anthony Bugter, who preceded her in death on April 11, 2026.
Nina is survived by her beloved son, Daniel Oates, and by her cherished pets, Benji, Poncho, and Cuddles, who brought her companionship and joy.
Nina will be remembered with love by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and those whose lives she touched.
