Norma H. Fekete

Norma (Johns) Fekete died peacefully on Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Wood River Village, Bensalem, where she resided for the last 10 years. Born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Esther V. (Erbe) and Paul Johns, Mrs. Fekete has been a Bucks County resident for 36 years. Until her retirement, she had been employed with the SearsRoebuck and Company mail order plant for 30 years. Mrs. Fekete was a devout Catholic who took pride in praying the Rosary daily and also enjoyed reading. She was an excellent and very proud homemaker. She loved traveling with her husband, Ray. Mrs. Fekete will be remembered as having a very big, loving, wonderful and kind heart. Beloved wife of 36 years to Gaza "Ray" Fekete, Mrs. Fekete is the loving sister of Paul (Mary) Johns of Shamong, NJ. She will also be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Fekete was preceded in death by her sisters, Loretta Briggs and Lucille Kolodi. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, 12:00 until 1:00 pm at Saint Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 pm. Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested Mass Cards or memorial contributions to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
