

Norman Joseph Allen Norman Joseph Allen went to the Lord, surrounded by his family, on Jan. 31, 2015 shortly after turning 80. "Norm" grew up in West St. John, New Brunswick, Canada. He was a happy-go-lucky kid who loved to play hockey, his harmonica and was also an avid pool player. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Army at the age of 18 and served in Germany as a tank crewmember with Lord Strathcona's Horse. Norman worked at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne for many years. He held many positions there and retired as the manager of Security. He loved working at St. Mary's and often reminisced about his times at "the hospital". Norman lived his final 15 years in Florida but always called Levittown his home. He enjoyed watching his Montreal Canadians play hockey, any pro sports, and CNN on TV Norm is survived by his wife Leanne (Beck) of 48 years; sister Doreen and brother Clarence of Canada; children Allen (Amy) Clemens, Karen (Ron) Kinest, and Debbie Sargent; grandchildren David, Michael, Brandon, Nina, Nicholas, Jackie & John; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews; and many other friends and family members. The family thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers. Services and interment will be held privately.
