Born in Elizabeth, NJ to Frederick and Helen (Lewsey) Keefer, she grew up in Trenton NJ and was an area resident of Yardley and Bensalem for 17 years.
Pat was a woman whose smile could light up any room and whose feet were always ready to dance. She lived a long, beautiful life defined by one simple priority: family.
If you knew Pat, you knew her happiest place was wherever her family gathered. Before the challenges of dementia began eight years ago, she was the life of every celebration, whether it be celebrating birthdays or hosting Christmas Eve dinners. She possessed the ability to ensure everyone around her was having a good time.
Her life was a map of sun-drenched memories, from Lake Wallenpaupack to the familiar boardwalks of the Jersey Shore and the serene beaches of Delaware and the Carolinas. Her adventures also took her across the globe, always surrounded by the people she loved. Over the years, you could have found her soaking up the sun in Aruba and Bermuda, frequently travelling to south Florida; and exploring the beauty of Italy and the California coast.
Pat didn't just walk through life; she danced. Her spunky attitude, her easy smile and her infectious laugh were her trademarks. While the last few years were quieter, her family chooses to remember the woman who never missed a beat, who loved the feel of sand between her toes, and who knew that a dish of ice cream and a room full of her children and grandchildren was the highest form of wealth.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband 61 years, Richard; her son, Richard Jr.; her granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn Mocarski; her son-in-law, Richard Reed; and her daughter-in-law, Monica Maiorino.
She is survived by her loving children, Patty Mocarski (Richard), Robert Maiorino (Colleen), Donna Reed, and Steven Maiorino (Marli Cruz); her grandchildren, Richard Mocarski (Margo); Nicole Hofmann (Mike), Erica Alderman and their mother Marie Maiorino; Samantha Maiorino, Sarah Ravitsky (Ryan), Cody Reed, Lauren Witt (Jared); Steven Maiorino Jr (Jenna), Giulia Maiorino, and Gina Maiorino and their mother April Maiorino; and 11 great grandchildren.
Patricia will also be sadly missed by her lifelong best friend, June Haney

"To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die."
