Patrick J. Lynch, Sr.Patrick J. Lynch, Sr. died at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, August 11, 2017. He was 61.Born in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, the son of the late Mary Gertrude (Foley) and Joseph F. Lynch, Patrick has been a longtime resident of Lower Bucks County. He was a 1974 graduate of Pennsbury High School and a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, Fairless Hills.Patrick was currently employed as a Supervisor with Belmont Telecom, Inc. of Doylestown for the past 30 years.An avid outdoors man, Patrick enjoyed fishing and camping. He was an accomplished carpenter and took great pride in his vegetable garden.He also enjoyed working on Crossword Puzzles.Patrick will be remembered as a very sociable man, however, always most important to him was the love of his entire family and friends.Beloved husband of 38 years to Carolyn E. (Petry), Patrick is the loving father of Jennifer Lynch-Postma (Peter), Patrick J. Lynch Jr. (Megan) and Richard R. Lynch (Lira).Patrick is the devoted grandfather of Oliver and Hannah Postma.He is the dear brother of Joseph (Patricia), Michael, Mary Carver (Albert), James (Mary Alice), Brian (Susan), Anthony (Jacquelyn), Elizabeth Lynch and the late Kathleen Bayne.Patrick will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, from 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, 9:30 am at Saint Frances Cabrini, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, followed by the Rite of Committal in Newtown Cemetery.
