Paul L Foutty Jr.

Paul L. Foutty, Jr., of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, passed away following a recent acute illness on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, at the age of 79.

Born on June 26, 1945, in Trenton, New Jersey, Paul graduated from Steinert High School in Trenton, NJ and Trenton Technical Institute and worked at the Hibbert Group for almost 40 years, recently retiring in January, 2025.

Paul loved spending time with his family and friends, watching science fiction movies, cars, and walking his dog Pawlie (and his late dog Ginger). He was a very skilled handyman, an extremely hard worker (especially and happily on projects at home), and a generous spirit who family and friends often called on for help with home projects and repairs. He was known for personally completing multiple additions, including digging his own foundation, to the family home that he shared with his beloved wife of 59 years, Barbara (Bobbie). He also for many years — as both a hobby for family and friends, and as a small business — embroidered clothing and keepsake items from home as well.

He was tragically preceded in death by his daughter, Nicole Machek and her late ex-husband David; and his grandson, Andrew Schmidt. He is also predeceased by his parents, Paul Sr. and Gina Foutty. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years next month, Barbara (Bobbie) Foutty; his daughter, Pamela Labazzetta (Pete) who resides in South Carolina; granddaughters Erica Schmidt of South Carolina and Alexandra Machek of Langhorne, who will greatly miss her beloved Cop Cop; his niece Gina Rambo (Mike); his brother-in-law, William Davis; and his sister-in-law, Virginia Huff.

Paul will always be warmly remembered for his sense of humor and his sometimes questionable jokes. He could put a smile on anyone's face — and very often did.

A memorial service will be held for family and friends to pay their respects on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Morrisville United Methodist Church, 501 W. Maple Avenue, Morrisville, PA.
