Richard W. Burns Richard W. Burns of Levittown, died on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Saint Mary Medical Center . He was 76. Born in Philadelphia to Edward and Catherine (McDonald) Burns, Richard moved to Levittown with his family in 1991. He was the former owner of Classic Business Forms in Northeast Philadelphia for over 20 years until retiring. Richard was the devoted husband of 49 years to the late Ann (Rodowicz), the loving father of Kathryn Ann, Richard A. and the late Debra Ann (2010). He was the proud grandfather of Veronica and Stefanie Pfeiffer, Michael and Mark Burns, and the late Matthew T. Burns. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, May 11, 2013 from 8:30 until 9:30 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. His funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am at Queen of the Universe Church, Levittown followed by Rite of Committal in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Richard's name to Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056
