

Richard Foley Richard Foley passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. He was 69. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Foley was a longtime resident of Levittown and a member of Queen of the Universe Parish. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy serving from 1965 until 1969. After being discharged from the service, Mr. Foley went on to work for Reading Railroad. He later went on to work for Conrail and after 41 years of service, he retired in 2008 from Norfolk Southern Railroad. He truly loved his job. The railroad meant everything to him. Mr. Foley liked gardening and always kept busy around the house. Beloved husband of 48 years to Louella M. (Caffey), Mr. Foley is the loving father of Richard J. and Andrew V. Foley. He is the devoted grandfather of Alayna and Makayla. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, from 9:00 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 11:00 am. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mr. Foley's name may be made to the Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad, 616 East Lincoln Highway, Langhorne, PA 19047.
