

Richard W. Frazer of Lower Makefield passed away December 18,2013. He was 87. He was the husband of Rosemary Frazer (Teefy). He was the father of Richard (Patricia) Frazer III, Constance (David) Rubenstein, Susan (Willard) Phillips, Stephen Frazer, Neal (Diane) Frazer, Matthew (Katherine) Frazer. Grandfather to Richard IV (Nicole)and Thomas Frazer, Rachel, Peter, and Jennifer Rubenstein, Kelly (Christopher) Loughner (Wimble), Daniel and Ian Frazer. Great grandfather to Richard V and Samuel Frazer. Mr. Frazer graduated in 1944 from Northeast Catholic High School. He enlisted in the Army after graduation. He served in WWII in Okinawa and the Philippines as a Tech 3 Sergeant. He graduated from St. Joseph's College in Philadelphia and was the yearbook editor for 2 years. He had a 45 year career in business in the Philadelphia region and was the secretary of the Lower Bucks County Water Authority in the 1950s. He was involved with adding fluoride into the water in Lower Bucks at that time. He was also a member of the American Legion. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Dec. 21st from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 Bellevue Ave. Penndel, PA 19047 where his Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Poor Clare Sisters, Monastery of St. Clare 1271 Langhorne-Newtown Rd Langhorne, PA 19047 would be appreciated in Mr. Frazer's memory.
