Richard M. Patterson

Richard M. Patterson, age 51, of Perkasie, formerly of Levittown, died on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Grandview Hospital in Sellersville, PA. Born in Greeley, CO, Mr. Patterson was a resident of Levittown since 1967. He was a 1982 graduate of Neshaminy High School. He was active with the Special Teens Project and Special Olympics. Richard worked at Growth Horizons in Levittown for many years. He was a member of Queen of the Universe parish. Richard was the beloved son of Loraine D. (nee Droxler) and the late Robert M. Patterson. He was the loving brother of Phyllis Patterson of Levittown, Robert Patterson (Debra) of Levittown, and Joan Patterson of Seattle, WA. He will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Patterson. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday from 10:00 until 11:00 am at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Rd., Levittown 19056 where his memorial mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Rite of Committal will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery. The family has requested that memorial contributions in his name be made to Special Teens Project, PO Box 292, Langhorne, PA 19047.
