Robert Richard Sendlock, lovingly known as “Sedgy” and “Bob,” of Fairless Hills, PA, passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family on September 22, 2025. A longtime resident of Fairless Hills, Bob dedicated over 30 years of his life working at the U.S. Steel Mill.
Bob found joy in life’s simple pleasures—cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, fishing, trying his luck at the casino, and traveling on cruises. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family, who were truly the center of his world.
Bob shared 58 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, June Barlow Sendlock. Together they built a loving family that brought him immeasurable pride. He was the devoted father of Sandy McNichol (Sean), Barbara Radziwon, Robert Sendlock (Heather), and Michael Sendlock (Kim). He was also blessed with nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of whom were his pride and joy.
Son of the late Frances Sendlock, Bob is survived by his sisters, Mary Kay Chirico (Claude) and Paula Parrott (Steven Lankin, deceased). He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Parrott Jr.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Bob’s life will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056.
