Roberta A. North

Roberta A. North After a long suffering illness, Roberta A. North was lovingly received by God on Thursday, September 4, 2014. She was 61. Roberta had lived her entire life in Levittown but recently moved to Davenport, FL to be near her daughter. She was a retired proof reader. An avid bowler for many years, Roberta enjoyed traveling to Tennesee visiting family members and spending time with her daughter in Disney World. Loving wife of 26 years to Jerry L. and dear mother of Amanda North. She is also survived by her sister, Jo Ann Thomas (Leonard) of Smyrna, DE; Mary Jane Agasar (James) of Newtown, PA; and Margaret McCauley (Kevin) of Saylorsburg, PA. She also leaves behind her loving canine companions. Roberta is also survived by many nieces and nephews, step children and step grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Arthur C. and Eleanor T. Schelhas and a brother, Henry J. Schelhas. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, from 9:00 until 10:00 am at Saint Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway, Levittown, PA where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in memory of Roberta North to Saint Mary Medical Center Foundation, One Summit Square, Suite 300, 1717 Langhorne Newtown Road, Langhorne, PA 19047.
