Roger Allen Constable, a long-time resident of Bucks County, PA, passed away on October 17, 2024, in Langhorne, PA. Born to Ralph Henry and Helen Constable, he graduated from high school in Johnstown, PA, in 1958.
Roger enjoyed a successful career in retail management, dedicating over 25 years to Woolworth Stores before becoming a small business owner. He also proudly served in the Army Reserves. Known for his strong work ethic, dry sense of humor, and unwavering loyalty, Roger was a devoted husband and father.
He was married for over 55 years to the love of his life, Naomi. Together, they raised three children: Mark Allen (Sandra Kenny), Tracy Lynn Grantz (Pat Grantz), and Sandra Constable. Roger was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren and cherished his great-granddaughter. He is also survived by his sister, Dorothy Rhoads, and his beloved cat, Lucy.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial for Roger that will take place on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at the residence of his son, Mark Constable. Military honors will begin at 2:00pm and his service will follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Roger will be remembered for his kindness, dedication to family, and the joy he found in his many hobbies.
