

Rosemarie was born in Alliance, NB, to parents, Maurice Chamberlain and Dorothy Lake. After graduating from high school, she entered the work force as a switchboard operator. Rosemarie was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW John Billington Post No. 6495 in Levittown. She was also a wonderful baker, and her family thoroughly enjoyed her treats during the holidays. She adored Christmas and shared this love with her family. They always put up a tree every year and hung Christmas decorations around the home during the holiday season. Rosemarie was famous for her tandy kakes which were beloved by her family and friends.
Rosemarie loved dancing and listening to country and oldies music. She also loved shopping on QVC and paying bingo. She will be remembered for her fun spirit and sense of humor.
Rosemarie was preceded in death by her husband of 22 years Randall Lee Jones, her parents Maurice Chamberlain and Dorothy Lake; her brothers Bucky Shimp (Bernadette) and Anthony Gulotta; and her Aunt Marie “Mimi” Ziolkowski.
Rosemarie is survived by her children: Joseph C. Harris Jr. (Sherri), Lisa Pye (Nick Lodise), Mary Harris, and Christy Ruddock (Lysle); her grandchildren: Jenna Rhodes (Jeff), Joseph III (Jonna) and Daniel Harris, Warren, Taylor, Samuel, and Katelyn Pye, and Gary and Robert McClister; her great-grandchildren: Gary Jr. and Bradley McClister, Joseph V and Landon Harris, and Brantley Pye; her brother Robert Shimp (Kathy); her sister-in-law Cathy Gulotta; Judy Williamson (David), who was like a sister to Rosemarie; her former spouse Joseph C. Harris Jr. (Cheryl); and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family of Rosemarie Jones would like to extend their gratitude for the love and support provided by the Cain-Harris Family, as well as, for the compassionate care provided by Brittany Waslenko and Jess of Vitality Hospice Care.
A viewing for Rosemarie will be held Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM, and burial at 1:30pm at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd, Newtown, Pennsylvania 18940.
