

Born and raised in Bristol, PA, and formerly of Hamilton Township, NJ, Rocky most recently has resided in Levittown.
He is a proud US Navy veteran, serving aboard the USS Hopping during World War II. He was at the Battle of Okinawa, and his course of service encompassed Pearl Harbor, the Panama Canal, Casablanca, North Africa and the Phillippines.
Rocky spent his career as a welder, and retired in the early 80's from American Standard.
He enjoyed cooking and loved a nice cigar and a good scotch. Rocky's greatest enjoyment, however, was spending time with his family.
Beloved husband of the late Jennie (nee Scordia), he was the loving companion of 43 years to the late Rachel La Marca and father of the late Ann Marie Boyle.
Rocky is survived by his sons, Rudy C. Rocco Jr. (Pat) and David Rocco; stepdaughter, Linda Grasselli (Marty); and his grandchildren, Brian (Lori), Jeff (Karen), Andrew, Jennifer, Mark (Diana), Paul (Sarah) and Joseph (Valerie).
He will also be sadly missed by his 14 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; his godson, Scott Rocco; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, March 29, 2019 from 8:30 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. His funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am at Queen of the Universe Church, Levittown, followed by the Rite of Committal at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
