Samantha Elizabeth Erkert

Samantha Elizabeth Erkert died suddenly on Monday, October 1, 2018 at the age of 20.Born in Drexel Hill, Samantha has been a resident of Fairless Hills for the last few years. She graduated from Harry S. Truman High School in June of 2018.  Samantha was a volunteer at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne and also worked at Little People Day Care Center in Levittown.Samantha was a girly girl. She liked to get her nails done and look pretty. She hated bugs, especially ones that could fly. As a young child, Samantha was very silly and a social butterfly. She developed a passion for writing and loved to sing. She enjoyed working with children and aspired to be a teacher one day.  Samantha will be remembered as a kind, loving person with a wonderful smile.  She enjoyed being a shop-a-holic, movies on Netflix and spending time with family and friends.Daughter of Marianna Farley and Andrew Erkert, Samantha is the sister of Andrew, Lisa Michelle and Jennifer Erkert.She will also be sadly missed by her 7 nephews, 1 niece and Nancy and Michael Hennessey and their family.Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, October 19, from 5:30 until 7:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.
