Sandra I. Arbaugh died on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She was 71.Born in Trenton, Mrs. Arbaugh has been a lifetime Falls Township resident and was a 1963 graduate of Pennsbury High School. She was a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, Fairless Hills.Until her retirement in 2006, Mrs. Arbaugh was an Analyst with the IRS in NE Philadelphia for 21 years. Afterwards, she was employed with Vanya Tyrrell Accounting Services.Most important to Mrs. Arbaugh was spending time with her entire family.Beloved wife of the late Bennie R. Sr., Mrs. Arbaugh is the loving mother of Kathleen A. Fritzsche (Edward), Teresa M. Held, Bennie R. Jr. (Becky) and Thomas J. (Serena).She is the devoted grandmother of Melissa (Austin), Kelsy, Brooke, Bennie III, Benjamin and Dylan and was expecting her first great grandchild in March.Mrs. Arbaugh is the sister of Vanya Tyrrell (John Byars), Margaret Anderson, Irene Muzyka (Joseph), Patricia Jenkins and Thomas Jenkins (Dawn).She will also be sadly missed by many neices, nephews and extended family.She was predeceased by her parents, Irene (Dugan) and Howell Thomas Jenkins, her sister, Jane Anderson, and her brother, Howell Thomas Jenkins, Jr.Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Friends are also invited to call again on Thursday, from 8:30 until 9:30 am at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 South Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to Saint Frances Cabrini Church at the above address or to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
