Born in Philadelphia, Scott was the beloved husband of BJay (Harkins), son of Lynn Rowe and Edward Leipert (Marge), and the stepson of Frank Rowe.
He is survived by his four daughters: Koren, Melanie, Lindsay and Kristen; his brother Greg (Stacy), Sister Tara Nickel, Aunt Carole and granddaughter Malia. He is also survived by brother-in-law Ray, sister-in-law Kim( Chalie) Stepbrother Rick, the late Frank, Stepsister Jody and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Scott was passionate about cars, particularly restoring his Transam. A motorcycle enthusiast, he enjoyed going to Wildwood’s Roar to the Shore biker weekend. Fishing was another hobby that he enjoyed, but most of all he was known as Mr. Fixit; there wasn’t anything he couldn’t repair.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Saturday, August 29, 2020, from 8:00 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Interment will be held privately.
