Sharon Liptrot Bloom of Lima, PA died on Thursday, January 31, 2013. She was 59. Born in California, Sharon lived most of her life in Levittown where she attended Queen of the Universe Elementary School and graduated from Bishop Conwell High School in 1971. She worked as a nurse's aide at Galilee Village for several years. Sharon was the mother of Ellen Jones of Florida and the late Jeffrey Bloom Jr. and was the grandmother of Adria and Chloe. She was the daughter of Mary and William Liptrot of Levittown and the sister of Tom Liptrot (Joan) of Levittown, Pete Liptrot (Suzette) of Levittown and Michael Liptrot (Jennifer) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Patrick, Bryan, Billy and Rebecca. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 9 until 10 a.m. at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Mass cards would be appreciated.
