Shirley L. Mockler

Born in Larksville, PA, Mrs. Mockler was a long time resident of Lower Bucks County. She was a member of the former Immaculate Conception BVM Parish in Levittown, where she was employed as the Parish Secretary for 11 years. She was most currently a member of Saint Ephrem Parish, Bensalem.

For 25 years, Mrs. Mockler was employed as a graphic artist with Trentypo in Trenton, NJ. She was an avid Scout Leader for many years, including time as the secretary for the Catholic Committee on Scouting in Philadelphia.

She enjoyed crocheting and cross-stitch.

Beloved wife of 62 years to Thomas J., Mrs. Mockler is the loving mother of John Mockler (Linda) and Mary Kaiser (Frank).

She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Jessica Kniss (Tyler), Theresa Hess (Randy) and Cassandra Mockler; great grandchildren, Briggs Kniss and Colton Hess; sister, Gertrude Bolesta; and several nieces and nephews. She was anticipating the arrival of her third great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Dorothy Cirko and Olga Blaskie; and brothers-in-law, Stanley Bolesta, Robert Blaskie and Cy Cirko.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, May 16, 2022 from 9:30 until 11:00 am at Saint Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown at precisely, 2:00 pm.
