Stephen Sinak, Jr.

Stephen Sinak, Jr. Stephen Sinak, Jr., 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne due to respiratory complications. Steve was born in Philadelphia to the parents of Anna (Stinach) and Stephen Sinak, Sr. and was a graduate of John Bartram High School. While growing up in Philadelphia, Steve had many interests including playing jazz, water-skiing, basketball, and of course Philly sports. Steve married his beloved wife Catherine (Ceri) Sinak 55 years ago. He resided in the Bucks County area where he was a mason by trade. He enjoyed spending his summers in Sea Isle City, NJ. He also enjoyed the warm comforting friendship of his family and neighbors. Along with his wife, Steve is also survived by his son, Stephen J.; daughter-in-law, Wendy (Watt) Sinak; and grandchildren, Tyler and Emily Sinak. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, from 8:30 until 9:30 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. His funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am at Queen of the Universe Church, Levittown followed by Rite of Committal in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in memory of Stephen Sinak, Jr. to the Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, 1513 Race Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102
