Tatia Y. Collins

Tatia Y. Collins of Levittown died on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at her home. She was 47. Born in Billings, Montana, Tatia was raised in Levittown and was a 1984 graduate of Harry S. Truman High School. She was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed listening to all types of music, but above all she loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. Tatia is survived by her beloved companion of 22 years Jeff Mason. She was the loving mother of Jessica A. Collins, Tina M. Collins, James J. Collins Jr. and his fiancee Stephanie Mengert and Brandon L. Mason and was a devoted grandmother of 4 granddaughters and 3 grandsons. Tatia was the daughter of Ronald Eggert and Carole McGlauflin and the sister of Curt Eggert, Wanda Evola, Troy Eggert and Shannon Wiseley. She will also be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, her mother and father in-law Stewart and Corrine Mason, several other in-laws and extended family members. Family and friends are invited to call Wednesday from 1 until 2 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home.
