Born in Bristol, PA, beloved son of Jerry Ann (Carter) Blanchard and the late Dixon Parker Blanchard, Tommy has been a life long resident of Lower Bucks County.
Tommy enjoyed artwork and photography. A true animal lover, he often volunteered at animal rescues.
In his earlier years, Tommy was an avid runner and proudly completed 6 marathons.
Along with his mother, Tommy is survived by his loving sisters, Tammy Mattes (Jack) and Tina Hutchinson (Greg).
He is the devoted uncle of John and Kimberly Mattes, Jason Mawhinney, Ashley Piskorski (Tom), Ryan and Ethan Mawhinney; and proud grand uncle of, Adalynn Grace Mattes.
Tommy will also be sadly missed by his beloved fur baby, Brie.
Services and interment will be held privately.
