Born in Bristol, PA, to the late John and Lois Flynn, Tom grew up in Levittown and was a graduate of Bishop Egan High School. He spent 36 years working for the United States Postal Service before retiring.
Throughout the years, Tom enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family. He was happiest when he was surrounded by the people he loved. He could often be found working in his beloved “Pop Shop,” fishing on his boat, or fixing up his Monte Carlo. He was always working on a project and enjoyed keeping busy. He will be remembered for his hardworking nature and his love for his family.
Predeceased by his parents; his brother John Flynn Jr and his sister, Kathy McIntyre; He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Maryann; his son, Thomas Flynn Jr.; his daughter Julia Humma (Stephen Humma); his granddaughters, Lyanna and Payton, and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 8:00 am until 9:15 am, at Saint Frances Cabrini, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
