Thomas J. Hendrickson

Thomas J. Hendrickson "BIG TOM" Thomas J. Hendrickson died suddenly at his home on Sunday, February 23, 2014. He was 58. Born in Bristol, the son of the late Howard P. and Stella T. (Skaziak) Hendrickson, Jr., Tom has been a life long Levittown resident and a 1973 graduate of Bishop Egan High School. He played semi pro football for the Bucks County Redskins and was also a former coach for Saint Mike's football and Immaculate Conception baseball. He was an avid Eagles fan. Tom loved his nieces and nephews and truly enjoyed spending time with them. He is survived by his siblings, Eileen Pratley (Keith), James (Theresa), Howard E. III, Jacqueline Palencik (Robert) and Josephine Kelly and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm and on Friday, from 10:15 until 11:15 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday at 12:00 pm at Immaculate Conception Church, 5201 Emilie Road, Levittown. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to Bucks County S.P.C.A., PO Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931.
